Our Terms of Service
Before we start working together, there are some terms and conditions that you must be well aware of. We do not wish to guide anything from you, which is why we will make sure you are aware of all.
- We provide trial classes. These trial classes are for you to learn about us and our work. Once you have trialed a class, you will be required to choose whether you want to continue with us or not.
- The deposition of fee is to be done after the trial classes are over. You may choose a plan of your choice and fees must be paid before further classes are scheduled.
- You should let us know if you are unable to deposit the fee before the last date. This must be done seven days prior the last date of the submission of fee.
- If you wish to take a holiday or need to pause your lessons, please inform us at least 7 days in advance. We will accommodate your schedule and adjust your plan accordingly.
- All classes are conducted in a professional manner. We expect students to maintain respect and discipline during lessons. Parents/guardians are welcome to monitor children's classes.
- Our teachers are qualified and certified. We reserve the right to change teachers if necessary for schedule or quality reasons, always ensuring continuity in your learning.
- For online classes, students must ensure they have a stable internet connection and appropriate device. Technical issues should be reported immediately so we can reschedule if needed.
- We maintain strict confidentiality of all student information and expect the same respect for our teachers' privacy.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our administration team to discuss any concerns about our services.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change. Any updates will be communicated to all students and parents in advance.
